I don't even need to pull up the Y2 ToO stats to show you how fucking trashed the meta was, that went on for an entire year and there is no way in hell Bungie didn't see those stats.

as long as you can't detect XIM4 usage, competitive outside of LAN will never work. I've played with XIM4 and I completely dominated every single match despite being below average in pvp.
