I had that after install and it was because I was running the 32bit exe with locale emulator, for some reason when I ran the 64bit one without any locale change it worked fine.

You lack the Plugin for the Zeaska shoes probably, they were not included in the pastebin, guy updated it in his HF file, go and fetch it for less headache.

It plays sort of like a VN but so far all the action has been in the same room for a few real life hours. There also haven't ever been more than one dialogue choice to choose from. The game is very audio intensive with a few scenes where you say nothing at all, and the game even encourages you to sit back and let it autoplay.
