Played around with it a bit, feels viscerally fun. Some shit is really unimmersive. Being able to get "Imperial Recruits" or "Rebel Recruits" by just going to some planet that they happen to arbitrarily control and hitting the button feels silly. If I was able to change the troop trees myself I could probably make this shit work a lot better.

Really wish the AI would stop indicting vassals for treason. Yaroglek has managed to indict every useful vassal but like 3. I get marshal and no one shows up since theyre all the kind that just want to patrol. 15 vassals total, versus everyone else that has like 20+.

I had already sniped all of the archers off the walls. The rest were sitting back and could not be targeted from below. Those archer kills are them picking off people reaching the top of the ladder. That ammunition was picked up off the ground as I had already used fifty bolts.

higher battle advantage means you'll spawn with more men in the battle than the other side but get less renown
vice versa for lower advantage

unless you're doing an int build you may as well relegate tactics to one of your intwhores since it's a party skill

if there are more troops than total battlesize, you can bring more of your troops in at the same time

Tactics is more useful the lower Battlersizer is set at, since It determines how many troops each army gets to bring to the battlefield if the Battlesizer limit is reached and there are still available troops.

What are the best mods for playing an archer and horse archer characters?
I was thinking TLD Rohan for horse archer but I can't think of a separate mod that makes archery really fun aside from geko which I have already played a shitload of.

Pendor, if you go full elfaboo, and work towards a sapphire bow. Or was it emerald? Whichever has the faster ROF.

Warsword Conquest, if you can tolerate all the shit its swimming in, has good options. Though its less "archer" and more "gunner" as often as not.
