If you're level 1 then Shizuku isn't going to be nearly as into it as she would be at level 6. Then Raising the skills is tied to what scene you keep doing.

There's only 15 not counting variations in total and only one of them is what i'd call cryptic so clearly you just need to git gud or you've just reached the end of the game.
