Pretty much. All they can do nowadays is loop Faultroll with Ptolemy. Saber Reflect is a fucking hilarious sack card and they can pull off some fun stuff with Miracle Synchro Fusion, but otherwise they just aged really badly with stuff like their consistency coming from powercreeped methods such destruction by battle and most of their synchros save for Hyunlei basically being vanillas except for very specific situations.

That said Silents were only used in like 1-2 duels in the last arc so I don't blame you if you forget about them, they're pretty gimmicky and not that noteworthy.
