I always wonder what should be considered a legit run of FFA. In theory you can just let the Demon Army beat the game for you, but that always feels like cheating.

My default assault team. That diviner will fuck up their entire army, so I just run muskets to burn through actions, the ninja to occasionally stop their diviners, and the tactician to boost his int. I sub in a foot soldier if they have a lot of ninjas or another diviner if they're particularly beefy.

I'll push Takeda to the corner and beat them up for units, then work on the demon army, do both challenges, then actually conquer Japan.

Nope. But I run it if I want to potentially get two shinigamis off by burning through actions faster. He's also good for wiping off guard shinigamis.

Playing Rance 01 remake. Isn't Rance just a dick? I find it hard to see why he's so likable thus far. He's not being endearingly rude or anything, he's just being a selfish dick. I have no problem with his prurient nature but he's just making life harder for everyone around him for selfish reasons. I don't see how that's likable.
