I'm 1.7k in ranked, but I get around 2.5k-3k matches in normals
needless to say, I get much better quality matches in normals than I do in ranked, but I still want to get my mmr higher to see if it gets any better

right now it's full of smurfs and people that don't know how to play support so they feed

anyone else with this problem, what should I do?

Every fucking time i play Chen my whole team struggles to go mid and finish the game early even if i win them every fucking lane and get an early mek, because, you know, they need kool karry itemz to onehit the enemy and draw out the game to one fucking hour. Fucking shitstains.

Depends highly on the support and there are some cores that actually like building mek, but most of the time greaves is a safe and usefull build on any support.

Lion and CM don't like building greaves but if you do it's not wrong.

also I dislike greaves, I'd like to keep meka and manaboots separated, most of the times you and your teammates only need mana or health, building greaves looks highly situational to me

Are you dumb? Its on 40 sec cd, purges most debuffs from you only and its one of the best items used for pushing, and it costs no mana

Greaves is amazing and there is no reason not to build it if you already have arcanes and mek.

Anyway, if nobody else in your team is building greaves and you're support then building it is fine.

Drow has fucking 55% winrate in 4k-5k and I can see why. Fucking obnoxious hero she is. She's so durable with a couple supports behind her and a few items, like hurricane pike, it's hard to actually get her. She can stand and hit towers freely and she does it well. She basically just pushes your shit in and kills heroes to the point where you're locked in your base, and then it's over. She does what everyone in 4k needs to to, push hard and be agressive.

God damn that hero. Hope she gets gutted next patch.

dominates offlane solo so ez, shut down enemy carry with mass denies and ez farm for yourself

what builds you like? my favorite so far is vlads + echo + phase for a slow to follow up root, leech for manfight, mana sustain, burst right click with aura stacks... then just go w/e is needed.. heart, blademail, pipe, etc

Usually I get arcanes, vlads, mek for GG boots and cuirass. Piling compatible auras on atrophy is ridiculously strong and makes the most of the damage boost.

Will probably build pipe if magic damage ever becomes a problem, but it usually doesn't since the carries can deal with them.

buy cour, all wards, take no lane farm, zone out enemies and secure carry farm, rotate to help other lanes... this is not support?

Fountain dives have lead to thrown games before and this just makes it even easier. Level 4 bloodlust increases the fountain gun's DPS by 60%.
