I remember when he first came around. Top Psy units where 5 star shank, garp and franky. Didn't have any attack booster or orb boosters and had to use dragon to fill all slots. My best lead was Franky, was scared of getting below 50% hp every run.

Coby seems really good for a driven team. Is he something I would want to max skill immediately or is he completely replaced by his colo version.

1.5x orb boost for 2 turns? He's great for 2 turn burst teams that's for sure. If he's the best thing you got to farm, then definitely go for it.
Colo Coby is kinda worthless on anything BUT Fujitora teams.

You ALWAYS would want Coli Coby if you have Fuji or Trebol as your lead
But if you're using Ceaser or Doffy, fortnight is better.

Then probably colo Coby for that situation, FN Coby will still be better as a fighter orb booster. If you run Fuji, you'll probably be bringing FC Legend Doffy and sub Legend Doffy or Raid Doffy which is two turns 2x orb boost.

Outside of Fujitora, which wasn't originally mentioned the three meat orbs would be worthless. He just stated "driven team."

Much against my hoarding tendencies I have had to feed all the skill books for characters I don't have just to keep up with all the raid boss / fortnight copies I'm holding onto for skill up but now I'm wrestling with about 785/800 and can't lower it without starting to get rid of evolvers of which I have 2 of everything or skillbooks I actually want to use.

I don't think I've ever been THIS tight on space before, but with that said I've never gemmed for as much as I have between last 2x skill up and this one coming for all the raids I want to max and books/fn copies. Even whaling for stamina has a limit, the limit being box space.

And I still need like at least 20 more T-Bones and then books from Wanze, with the skill up coming about halfway through Wanze I have no idea what I'm going to do.
