I just played through P4G again and it felt like they maybe changed some scenes around to account for Rise being my waifu, (for example after I saved Poochie from the bonus dungeon and Poochie hugs you, Rise got all flustered about it) but she's the one who's most openly after your protagcock anyway so maybe it's just like that all the time.

Rise gets flustered no matter what. Marie is supposed to be a foil to Rise, able to get under her bubbly skin and tick her off despite being a low energy, unlikeable grouch with no positive traits.

According to spoiler user there was a choice before some part in casino to go with everyone or alone, picking alone seems to be what puts you into good/true end
The scene with Goro most likely still happens if you pick the wrong option, only Phantom dies for real
To get True end, you need to finish Mementos and fight Igor. The problem is that some people say that you are forced to do Memnetos either way at some points, there is also no different series of cutscenes for good and true end, both end in the same way so True end would be just fighting Yabbadabbafuck
