If you have the mana to use it for harass (especially on low HP supports) then I don't see a problem with this.

It can force them to back or start a teamfight at a disadvantage.

depends on what items the heroes have. once kunkka has a few items he 1 shots creep waves with his splash pretty ez.

The hero we need against waternigger.

SF can clear waves in 2 razes, Timbersaw can by using all his spells in quick succession, Axe can quick if he gets some good RNG.

I don't really see any prominent boot choices overall.

Some cores even stay on brown boots while getting other items.

Offlanners and supports often go for Tranqs, a few supps still go for arcs though.

Cores will vary between Treads and Phase if they don't stick on brown boots. Some might even go straight for BOTs for stronger map presence.

What is the purpose of this hero? I have literally never seen him do anything. He just stuns people with his shitty stun then either runs away or right clicks for no damage.

2K haven't seen BoT rush but I mean if I don't build treads or phase for some reason I'll usually buy BoT. Free lanes since not only can you out walk them you can LITERALLY just tp out.

most popular carries dont need attack speed that badly because they either naturally have high agility or build into other attack speed items early so threads is preferable except on heros that need to tread swap

Makes his no damage carry do damage.

Hero can be very active early due to FREE haste rune and is an effective roamer once blink is up with others backing him up.

Throughout team fights he has a low cooldown AOE stun to use and amp damage to help his team kill heroes faster, maybe he'll even get a lucky bash.

Then amp damage is great for Rosh / revealing invis units too.

Depending on how he builds he is a decent DPS core late game also.

Phase vs Treads bugs me because I can never decide which to get on PA or WK.

Should pretty much always get phase on PA.

You have an inbuilt slow, attack speed and distance closing ability so phase is just so you can get in range easier to use them while also amplifying your crit damage.

If you stack it just once it will clear a creep wave and it's harder for the enemy offlaner(s) to contest.

If you're worried about the offlane contesting the pull it's a little safer then pulling the big camp, or if your carry won't push the creep equilibrium far enough forward to pull the big camp, though you could pull it closer to the offlane instead of on the diagonal I guess

because they can stack to kill the wave while being ins a much safer position to get xp and gold early on your support. you can also single pull at 3 minutes to geta double wave with a catapult for pushing with shit like an enchantress or chen for an easy tower
