Attempting to drive/race a high-powered car when you are new to driving is a bad idea. Sleepers can be great but not in the hands of an inexperienced driver. Like I said before you are either going to total your car or kill yourself.

It depends on the swap and the car. Combinations that are popular you can buy everything you need off the shelf, and some manufacturers make things interchangeable enough that there's not as much work to do to begin with.

Go google K-swaps. Honda is your best option because everyone and their mother already does what you're looking to do, and there are tons of parts to do it. And it's not expensive either.
