Slightly Updated Installation + Translation guide for Honey Select:

>Download the torrent
>Extract the files
>Mount Disc1 and run Startup.exe
>Click the second button form the top
>Choose the directory
>Start installing
>When you see "2" show up, that means you need Disk2
>Unmount the first disk.
>Mount the second disk and continue installing.
>Finish Installing
>Go to HS pastebin and look for the most recent patch
>Extract and update by finding the game directory and starting the self-install process
>Download all translation files in the pastebin [Should be 3]
>Copy and Paste all files except the readme from the [UITranslations Loader] folder into the game directory. There should be 5 folders including a Plugins folder
>Copy and Paste the plugin folder from [Text Translations]
>Copy and Paste the plugin folder from [UITranslation Images]
>Download the HS English launcher from the pastebin or either Hongfire or ASharing if it isn't there
>Run the game

Stiff pose literally means the pose is stiff, that it feels the model is constrained by something rather than posing naturally to express a certain emotion.

It's the 2nd category under the face type section. First is face shape, 2nd is texture type. The texture type can make as big differences as all the sliders, as you can see.

Sometimes FileCopy.exe fucks up on none Japanese Windows machines. You'll have to manually copy all the files in the setup folder into your game directory. Look at the directory structure carefully and you should be able to figure out what goes where.

you can't run multiple and the filecopy.exe is slow as fuck to start if the patch is bigger.

The directory inside setup\ is pretty clear, just drag them all together into your HoneySelect\ and it should all go where they're supposed to go.
