I recently redid the entire (and huge) sound archive for the siren on request.

rather than leave it as is, I've decided to have more fun with it and open it up to ya'll.
Post clips of sounds you want the siren to make while screaming, and i'll implement it alongside the others. Once we have a good amount (read: when I get bored), I'll post the entire /kfg/ meme siren sound mod.

I'll probably repost this every so often to get more sounds.
NOTE: we're nearing the size limit on the file. This thread is going to be the last chance to suggest things.

Haven't played after Sharpshooter patch and zerker feels like a new perk now. Which skills should I pick for HoE?

So good getting a weapon skin. And a very nice one at that. Nice feel.

zerk is quite versatile, generally you'll want dread if you have a medic and skirm if you don't
i don't find vampire very useful, rather just get the damage
parry is better than resistance unless you're shit
smash is generally better, though i don't think it applies to the evis but massacre does so keep that in mind
zerk rage is fucking amazing in certain situations, especially paired with dreadnaught, since every zed time extension will give you 43 health
of course you don't get that super fast movement speed and swing speed spartan gives

His only use is one shotting Scrakes but to do that he has to sacrifice trash clearing power, speed, and has stay completely still while crouching.
Compared to a Demo who can kill it a few seconds slower but rape Fleshpounds and trash at the same time
Or compared to Gunslinger who doesn't have to sacrifice speed or trash clearing power in return for requiring more skill and killing a Scrake 2 seconds slower.

So, always get M16.

SS is a one-trick meme. Some SS try to make Railmemes work. While some others try to use XBow (hahahahahaha) with M14.

Other Large Zed killers just flat out do the job better/faster or more commonly are far more efficient in fields outside of big guy killing.

To clarify I only really feel the M16 is necessary when I have outright hordes of trash on me that require more than 1 jump back into M79 shot to clear out.
M16 also makes you more versatile if thats your thing, if you don't mind sacrificing some crowd clearing power.

I feel like there's certain skills that just suck, I feel like they would be fixed if:

* Vampire gave an attack/movement speed buff on kill.
* Massacre made nearby zeds panic if you decapitated them.
* Impact Rounds made you deal more damage, but that bonus damage is considered blunt.
* Prepared doubled the amount of ammo and grenades you picked up from crates.
* Concussion Rounds had knockdown power instead.
* Penetrator didn't have damage penalty for penetration.
* Resilience stopped you from running slower at lower than 50% health.
* Battle Surgeon gives you stumble power on legshots with perk weapons.
* Airborne Agent healing clouds persisted at a shorter duration.
* Fragmentation Rounds caused explosives to create frag explosions if a Siren stopped them.
* Zed Shrapnel had a higher chance of actually working.

Sharpshooter needs a rework of some kind and it's too early to complain about SWAT. I hate how their armor skills work too.

I would take Vampire as 25 Zerk if whatever its called that gives you a huge chunk of HP back on Zed time triggers didn't exist.

I don't think its too early to complain about SWAT but its hard to pass final judgment on it because whats supposed to be a core aspect of it, the Riot Shield, is currently incomplete and not in yet. I honestly Tripwire focuses on adding it before any other new weapons.

SS makes all big zeds basically trivial, one click for SC, one click and a little bit of support is a decapped FP. SS can even carry a P90 to help with trash, or a LAR to delete all medium zeds

Now, GS is in a bad spot. In your typical holdout, GS has neither the space or time to combo a big zed without trash running wild.

There is nothing Railmeme about the Mini-MAC gun.

To chime in here about the explosive power between the two, the M79 is largely unparalleled for deleting swarms due to its large radius, even with its middling damage and noticeable falloff rate.
In comparison, the M203's explosion has a third less radius as well as an even higher falloff rate, making its effective range even smaller and dealing less damage over any distance. In effect, the M16M203 lacks the sheer crowd potential of the other explosives in exchange for a better personal defense. Either can easily have its merits, but I think the T3 needs a real suck-less-ass pass to compete better at Demo's schtick.

No no, I mean the first perk tier. It's level 5 on the right side. I just don't remember perk names off the top of my head.

Probably due to the FOV. I don't use it all too often honestly, but when it comes to the boss wave I'll spend my entire time crouching and shooting the boss.

During regular waves I don't bother because I don't like being below the enemy and having to aim up, but I'll stay standing and backtrack if I'm getting over whelmed.

Bringing that up, it got nerfed in the skill-tree update, it doesn't fully negate the ADS multiplier anymore. Tactical Movement also reduces weapon bob so Nice n' Steady is just a straight inferior version.

Would I enjoy KF2? I played KF1 and enjoyed it, but I really didn't like the level system. Does this game improve on that? Also, I'm a huge faggot for character customization, so there's that.

It's improved, but if you're planning on maxing out every perk, you need 100+ hours.

If you enjoy a much more fast paced type of gameplay, then sure.

Leveling is a lot less tedious and doesn't have stupid requirements, but you do get bonus xp. Every 5 levels you'll get a new skill and you can usually get up one level by playing a single game at least as long as you're playing the right difficulty, like you could get from level 4-5 in just one hard game if you survive.
