You're going to suck in all stealth maps without knowing the layout first. Check Long Guide, a countdown starts as soon as you enter the compound, and if you keep that in mind you can block the extra guards from arriving via the helicopter. After that you just have to keep track of the rest and not rush. The map has a shitton of shortcuts, for example the side corridor which leads from the main staircase to outside has a window which can be broken if no guards are nearby. It allows very easy access to the waterfront garbage bin, and you don't have to deal with hauling a billion bags via the sewers. Thermite is for shitters.

i have a pretty good understanding of the waterfront, sewer, and outside lot from being bag runner and playing meltdown i hate waiting around inside the warehouse while patrols to pass by its just not fun i have one friend who really loves getting stealth bonus even though it costs more time to get the bonus than running a second heist or just cooking extra meth

Unless it was fixed, the guards get stuck every time they attempt to path to the balcony if the doors are closed. That makes the heist into a minigame where you have to get critical loot boxes out of the way before someone gets stuck staring at them, and adapt your plans when different areas get closed off. There's so much to do that there isn't usually a lot of waiting involved.

It really is piss easy if you just want the achievements. Block the copter and wait around until all of the guards are stationary. You have free reign over the compound with very little risks.

I like to use it for some of the loot in the containers also a lot of the loot from inside the warehouse. The 2nd floor stuff you can toss from the roof down there and also the inside shit you can take it through the sewers and thermite that one gate right there by the water. not really. if the game crashes with the mod installed its 100% not working and is a fluke on my end. otherwise you can check the screenshots in that lastbullet mod for an example of the only visual effect
in my mod it'll have grayed out icon if you don't have any autorestart skills, white icon if you have autorestart but not activated for that particular drill, and yellow icon if the drill is scheduled to restart automatically
each time the drill gets jammed (technically each time it's started) the autorestart will have a new 30% chance to activate
obviously, this is different from vanilla where the 30% chance is only determined the first time the drill is set
