It is the current year and you can google anything you'd want to know about the subject. You can figure out what kind of cash reserves you need to go into it once you've been calculating operating expenses for at least 6 months then take into consideration that you're going to pay more for everything because you can't leverage economies of scale, you're going to fuck shit up because you're green, most of any truck is replaced every 5 years, and it usually takes 90 days to get paid for anything.

IL has seperate DMVs for commercial drivers. Kinda nice as long as you live close to one because you don't have to deal with nearly as many stupid people as the regular DMV.
