from my uneducated guess:
if FR then cut out/weld floorpan to fit the driveline/transmission. and maybe make space so that it can fit in with the different length. the steering rack position and other parts that could get extra heat from manifold might need to be positioned differently
whatever controls the clutch/transmission might need to be changed, would have to use from whatever rwd engine you got from for FR

If MR or RR then make the cut out the boot, make it stronger and make mounts, and try get to fit. would kind of be like everything from the front but in the back... and then the fuel tank, fuel lines, brake lines/master cylinder/brake booster and transmission/clutch things would have to be done differently

also, you'd need to cut down/lengthen the tailshaft bit so that fits the length of the car

so pretty much . just cut bits off the rwd car for the tunnels/mounts and put in fwd car, and make your firewall bigger

What if I took a FF car, took the whole front end and welded it to the back of the first car, locked the steering rack of the rear, ran a throttle cable from the front to the rear and then had a FF/RR dual engine car?

do it and report back to us, you'd have to flip the engine around tho unless you wanna drive everywhere with back engine in reverse

this is probably true in most cases.

It is possible and has been done before, but it only makes sense to attempt if you have access to your own machine shop and tools ect.
