I would recommend Sophie. The games are set as trilogies, and Sophie is the start of its trilogy. Also, Sophie is far more friendly to newcomers. The other games feature a timer that's constantly ticking (like the original Pikmin) where you have to hurry up and do shit. Sophie on the other hand has no timer. After Sophie, you can start the Arland Trilogy with Rorona.
Except the DLC for GR and P4 DAN are dumped you baka.
