What happened to all the tournaments and team leagues? There used to be something big running at least once a month or even every 2 weeks.

There is a tournament right now, but why would I watch "midrange" shaman vs. "token" druid when I get the same playing ranked.

One thing you certainly did wrong is you didn't pick mage.
Other factors that might have contributed: shit draws, individual misplays, playing against stronger decks and being fucked over by mad bombers and shit.
