I have this one hit sound that's from dota. It's the gold sound. The last hit sound. It plays when I score a kill. It's pretty good.

So you know about the custom folder in your tf2 folder?

go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\custom

in there make folders that says
custom sounds\sound\ui

in the ui folder place a file named killsound.wav

the killsound.wav should sound like the sound you want your killsound to sound like

then in your options menu there should be a option to turn on killsounds and you should select the default option. The default option will be the custom file you have in your custom folder.

When i kill soldier, it plays that sound from Metal Slug

I forgot how I got my sound. I think I pulled it from dota itself, but I can't remember. Just download a sound using google I guess. The dota 2 wiki has all of the item sounds. You might have to convert an mp3 to wav. Most of the dota wiki sound files are mp3's.

Third person is filed under cheats because it gives you an extreme advantage over those who don't. Only servers that have plugins to allow it or cheat enabled servers are able to let you do it.
