only %values changed, which means demo is still the superior spec for raids, destru is better for 2 target cleave and mythic+ until they fix the demon uptime/rampup time

The class changes will go live after the next maintenance. The other changes are live now/tomorrow.

don't lock is garbage to play, just clunky and boring, 10% buff doesn't fix the fact that demo gets neutered the second it has to target switch or move, and destro and aff are now lower middle at best

To give you the illusion of choice, tactician was the only viable talent, now it's the only viable talent but they can say they nerfed it so it's not the must pick talent anymore.

Ele buffs seem nice, particularly the straight buff to mastery. I really hope Mastery is no longer the worst stat. It will make offspeccing as Ele a lot easier gear wise. They wanted lightning to be the centerpiece of the spec but it was so straight up garbage before.

Also Resto Sham got buffed lol.

Engineering is so ridiculously useless it's not even funny, at least when it comes to making money
Nitro boots and glider cloak is nice, and reeves has some handy stuff but overall i don't fancy it much this time around, i'd say blacksmithing
