Here is another card from our database. The nun one. As you can see the right foot expands like a giant. It's good for creating a night dome without using lighting. Bad thing is i can't use those cards and specifically only those two i have so far.

If you mean the circle guides, the rest of that user's post explains how. If you mean the actual UI, there is a 'show' checkbox in the top right of the elements to hide them

Yeah the gradual buildup on things is nice, so when you hit the last routes you can go straight crazy from start without feeling overwhelming and doesn't need to spend time explaining things. And the more simpler routes are still inetersting and chock full of foreshadowing of things to come.
Also I recommend checking both of Maos endings, the bad end is uh interesting take on things.

Posting this once more in hopes that someone might know what to do.
So I'm trying to install Sengoku Hime 1, and I run the autorun and pull up pic related. I hit install, and the setup.exe starts and windows gives the "Are you sure you want to allow this program" spiel. I allow it and then... nothing. I can see it running in task manager, but it doesn't do anything, even if I wait for hours.
Interestingly, this exact same thing happens for Sengoku Hime 2 and Sangoku Hime, which I also downloaded. I am in Japanese locale and time zone.
Does anyone have a clue as to what it could be? Maybe the Direct X?

for the second disc can you install the directX runtimes off it or does it also not work like from the first disc?

if not then the only things i can imagine you try are run the autorun.exe from the disc as administrator and/or disable the windows UAC shit, and if none of that works try to install on another PC or laptop to compare
