Damn daniel... jowgen to 1, fossil dyna to 1, brick bird to 1. Most metal builds damn near run 1 of each of their traps and spells so it doesn't really matter. Unless konami goes full regard and limits every single metalfoe monster.

Drop the Monolith/Scout it's not as good as you think it is. If you do want to keep running it then run the scales at a ratio where you'll get the low scale more often than the high scale because drawing into only high scales is a BITCH when you get scout, makes the entire thing useless. By that time your opponent will already have a huge advantage over you and you won't easily be able to make infinity.

Why not just make Alkahest during your turn and sit on it? I always thought Alkahest was a very defensive card in case you didn't open very well. Using it on their turn is kind of skilly but idk if that's its only purpose you might draw into it too often when you don't need it.

eccentric is better in pendulums, the only time she is shit is game 2 when they side asf but you should be ready for that already by siding mst

If you set the quickplay, opponent needs to bait twice.
And only run 1 kinda makes you rarely draw it.

Well if he ever does want to optimize it, which I would hope he would because who the hell likes drawing bad hands and playing badly, he could go back and refer to this thread to decide what could be good and what might not be good.

Still, it doesn't harm literally anyone for me to point out what is wrong and what is good, because maybe even I'm wrong about stuff that is good or stuff that is bad. Example here being the quickplay fusion, maybe it is good as a disruption tool as the other user was saying or maybe it's as I thought and it's just not worth the slot, but that's something that requires testing which the user who posted the list could do himself.

That's why you use the search on opponent's turn.
