A GOOD Androxus is almost impossible to deal with. He's one of the only people who can match Evie's aerial movement, he's got a personal shield/riposte, and his revolver hits fast and hard from good range.

When I'm playing casual mode, am I teamed up with human players versus an AI Bot team? I feel like the enemy is too dumb and suicidal to be human.

The problem when dealing with Boris is that he has very consistent damage. If you're in his sights in any meaningful way, you're taking damage. Plus, his sprint lets him cover just enough ground so that you're in his line of fire again. Plus, he spits lots of bullets, and that can put pressure on you just by itself. This is why he's the king of midrange.

I think I'm starting to get the hang of Evie. I made it a point of going around and blasting Kinessa, as well as using blinks and soars to get around as much as possible and to run away. Many of my deaths were my abilities firing slower than I expected and getting caught out for it. Still, I can see why Evie is so effective as a flanker: her mobility and survivability allows her to be a major pain in the dick for the enemy team, and that's all you can really ask for as a flanker: to be a pain in the dick.

PROTIP: To see any player's loadout mid-match, hold Tab to bring up the "scoreboard," then click on the player's name. You get to see their full build (including your own).

So, apparently, you can cancel the bomb kings ult of your own accord. It acts as a pretty good fakeout.

Do you keep some of your ult bar or does it fully explode?

What's the point of weapon skins?

They're rather insignificant and for such a high cost.

You don't go into the full animation so you keep your full ult.

Shields protect from explosions. Fernando's shield is attached to him, so he's always protected from bombs.

Skye fucks me up something fierce. She can just go invisible and catch up again with her movement speed.

How do I Evie?

Get Veteran, play safe from cover. If you get caught, toss a poppy bomb to delay them and run around a corner and throw a grumpy bomb while you wait to heal because it doesn't count as combat. They're unlikely to chase you because of the stun threat, and if they do, free kill.

dumb Grover, he's one of the champs that can deal with BK's bullshit because he can vine while in mid-air and pull himself back.

i was carrying as BUCK for fuck's sake and we were absolutely destroying them

but they had a skye on their team and we didn't

20 minute long game

she had 150k damage

she used her ult every 2-3 minutes and despite the fact that we were absolutely destroying them, it got at least 3 kills every time

this was that ice map with the enclosed capture point inside a building. She'd run in, plant the bomb, and then her entire team would cap the point despite the fact that we'd been effortlessly killing them up until that moment

I want to emphasize that I WAS PLAYING BUCK, who has a massive movement skill on a very short CD, and I got hit by the bomb every single time. The moment I heard her set it, I jumped away and ran behind the closest cover possible, every single time, without fail, and I still died.

skye has:

>free cauterize on her shots, which do massive damage even at range (1500 DPS. FIFTEEN HUNDRED DPS. THAT'S THE HIGHEST IN THE GAME.)
>a skill that does 30% of the target's damage, the only kind of skill like that in the game, which lets her kill tanks with ease. it also amps her damage by 5% per bolt, 10% if she lands them all (making her DPS a whopping 2000 if she lands them all)
>two types of stealth, one of which blocks enemy vision in a huge AoE, both of which gives her gigantic movement speed boosts
>the biggest AoE damage in the game, which instantly kills all but the tankiest tanks

she is overpowered

there is no true counter to her

she centralizes the entire game around herself

her very existence in a game forces your Flank characters to focus on her alone, because she can decimate your entire team with ease. she can take out tanks, damage classes, DPS, and supports. you are forced to buy a specific item to counter her, she is only inconvenienced by it, and it means you waste your credits and can't take a damage reduction item.

Never stop moving. Boost your damage by blinking before engaging.

No she doesn't. She doesn't have reduced healing on her primary. Also, her shots are inaccurate as fuck past a few feet, meaning she must engage in close quarters.

I just managed to consistently launch people off the cart and into the ocean so much the enemy began to noticeably focus me, especially when I launched two full health tanks at once there.

Jolt BK is the funnest shit ever.

buy the wormhole card and use blink range IV

blink in, shoot once or twice or maybe three times, blink out as soon as they turn on you, don't be greedy. They can't chase you and you will win every trade. You should very rarely ever die.
