That was pretty creepy.
I especially loved the twist in tone. I expected the guy to get gorily killed, then it turns into something out of Gooseman's library before receding into a more subdued pace.
The descriptions of the action sequences were surprisingly fluid, as well. I don't know how you did that, so I can't explain why I liked them. But they worked. Nice story, bad_ideas.
