it would make sense if rearm actually worked with refresher or necro, but otherwise, the hero you're looking for is beastmaster

Why do people always take the hadouken creep over the purge creep when playing chen?
I get that the hadouken is better early game because the damage is just amazing, but later on it becomes useless and the purge creep just has so much more utility.
