Why do people keep saying Morph is OP? I rarely see him and he never feels overwhelming.

I just want slark nerfed. He's not even OP or anything, he's just extremely popular. I feel like I see the little fucker in every single game and its starting to get boring, hoping he gets nerfed in to the dirt so I get to see more heroes being played. I know there are more popular heroes overall, but I think in this region I see more slark than anything else.
