It's 5% per shot instead of 7%, assuming you do full healing / damage. So basically 20 shots instead of 14, and that's without counting passive build and grenades. Overall she builds it very fast still.

But I always mimic a russian accent when using mic.
Russians have this very sharp and distinct accent that makes them sound a bit funny, but very clear and legible.

But she relies so much on pumping out nanoboosts when needed, and that nerf would mean lesser nanoboosts. It would help the team a lot more if she was replaced by literally any other healer in that case.
I find that i also never get to use the grenade to deny enemy heals but instead to heal my own team and aoe heal every few seconds is irrelevant compared to Lucio's heal.
