How do I quickly get enough gear (ilvl 810) to pug and suffer in heroics?

Seeing as WQs give gear based on your own ilvl, it doesn't seem like it'd be the quickest way when you're at like 780. Also, while I could BUY all the gear with gold through crafts, that's sadly not a valid option.

If MoP didn't have playable pandas and the Big Villian was more creative than Corrupted Warchief gets mad it honestly would rival WotLK.

Bad number creep and raid tier separation would be less avoidable improvements.

How does Mythic+2 farming work? If you only get 1 keystone per week, and that keystone upgrades every time you do the dungeon, then how do you farm only level 2s? Even with a full group of 5 that's only 5 level 2 dungeons before you have to move onto 3-4+.
