It has heavy crit and some mastery. I use mastery and haste. So it has poor stats.

But what does the legendary do? Slows anything afflicted by corruption by 60%. Doesn't work in pvp.

Yeah pretty much I've noticed that. It's going to be hit and miss with locks, you can take either spec and you will top meters on some bosses but others you'll probably be bottom.

I saw a dest lock top the meter on hc ursoc last night, then on hc dragons he switched dem.

You'll just have to have a understanding guild or pug

its supreme niche is standing still uninterrupted casting on single target and this is post buffs coming after maint. But the second you introduce movement or any sort of interruption to the cast sequence it starts dropping
