Makoa being more offensive sided and Fernando more defensive.

you have to play him like gunslinger engineer in tf2, which was massive cancer in its heyday and im a survivor

put guns in places people dont want to deal with and/or get caught by them, since your guns light up enemies when they shoot them its good for scouting out enemy incoming

the fact your gun is so fragile is simply because you can keep throwing them down and still be moving. they're disposable. a gun in a place near your back line is a deterrent for flankers that would otherwise approach unseen.

same thing for if you run ahead of the point and put them in spots that will inconvenience enemies on their way to the objective. the whole idea is to be an annoying asshole.

What are you talking about? Morale Boost for bonus ultimate gain is one of her most popular cards. Mobility is also good for her because it boosts her already obscene mobility in stealth.

Pfft Overwatch is just a Super Monday Night Combat clone without the creeps.

They can gib light classes with two direct hits but they are basically useless as sticky traps. It feels like his grumpy bomb is main weapon to be spammed and poppy bomb his mobility/knock into pit tool.

Grover can't tank actively, he needs some breathing room to regen and keep people in the fight, go full heals unless the enemy is smart enough to go pasteurize

So I'm new here and I've just discovered this game. Lots of people have been telling me that this game is a Overwatch's rip-off, but from what I can see this game is somehow more complex than Overwatch and it looks nice. The reason why I'm interested in this game is that I'm more and more disappointed by Overwatch, but I'd like to try something similar.
What's your honest opinion of this game?
is this worth trying it out? does this game provide a better experience than Overwatch? Would I be able to run it well on my rig (i5 6500 + GTX 1060 6 GB)?

overwatch is probably more fun with friends

I never tried Overwatch, but this game is usually really fun unless your team is just weird

It's free, runs on toasters and is relatively grindfree for new heroes (6-8 games on average for a hero). Downside is that its in beta and buggy as hell, servers are also overloaded from being too popular suddenly.

Great gameplay, more interesting then overwatch. But the overall visual quality, mechanics and what people call "being polished" is lacking. Huge hitboxes are the most problematic.

Ok thank you for replying. Compared to Overwatch is this game more focused on individual values or team organization? one of the main reasons why I'm starting to hate Overwatch is that it's too focused on team play, characters are unbalanced and I get nervous whenever I lose due to bad teammates.

There are tiny bits of lore in certain character profiles on the wiki, but Hi-Rez hasn't gone deep into the lore yet.

while ruckus would be infinitely better as a cute girl, he is not.

Grohk is one of the more consistent supports in the game. His lightning staff does surprisingly good and reliable damage, his healing totem provides great heals if you remember to stand in its radius, and his Ghost Walk makes him one of the only characters in the game who can outright ignore anything he wants, even enemy ultimates. His ultimate, however, is a little lackluster.

What champs just fuck up his day and take advantage of his fuck ups?

That's a major killer. Grohk's "SURGING WITH POWAAAAAAAAAAH" ult makes him a giant target, and outside of the damage and healing he radiates, he has no way to protect himself apart from the additional movement speed he gets.

Ruckus is a tanky dps
