65% Pen reduction, 50% Crit Damage reduction, 20% Attack reduction, 60% Critical Resistance, 40% Crit rate reduction

Angela then has built in Silla ace, 25% reduction of damage + 10%(5%) heal when hit

Kevin also has 25% DR in the positon

All this shit just from three units.

Toss in Jiho and DQ for even more reduction in damage.

besides, pen values in general were all high back then anyway, and SillaLuka was a thing because it just reached exactly 100 pen with a 30 pen striker and any more was a waste in a world without pen reducers
