So, I transferred what was inside the 3ds folder to my own 3ds folder (the luma locale switcher folder with the .3dsx and .smdh) and the .cia as well. FBI didn't let me install the .cia and running it from the homebrew channel doesn't show me SMTIVA's title id which should be 000400000019A200.
