I checked the guidea and they talk about 4th classes but not about extras. How exactly i unlock them? Just doing some silly quest at the ex coops?

Yeah, they unlock by hosting EX coop missions.

They unlock in the order they're displayed on the class list. I can't remember exactly when they unlock, but clearing EX isn't that hard as long as you let random people carry you.

They are mentioned, moron. You didn't scroll far enough down. The other ex classes are unlocked by just doing pandemonium, thus why all of the ones in the guide say "Clear EX 4-5" despite having different trophy requirements.
