Maybe you don't use the Heavy Sniper enough to be comfortable with landing your shots and being as accurate as possible, with the Marksmans you can just spray and pray while holding down run and aiming at the same time, but if that single Heavy Sniper bullet hits you at all, you're done for. If only I had my old webms. Though I am now really curious about BST + Marksman, if you can post a webm of it I'd appreciate it. Or not then I'll just see for myself when I get GTAV again on PS4 soon.
