You did it wrong. You have to believe. When you tap the gacha button, close your eyes and visualize the idol you want most. When you hear the music, open your eyes. If done right, you will see a blue envelope. Tap the envelope and you will see the rainbow paper. Tap again and visualize your idol's signature. Her signature will flash just as you envisioned and she will come to you.
