All tanks except brew and vengeance are viable at all current levels of play although blood is very close to falling off the wagon as well. Prot warrior is still the best by an unacceptably huge margin even after the nerfs and the best choice if you want to get to the bleeding edge or want the least hassle finding a group.

Yeah 2s on shaman can be pretty rough. It's doable but against rogues it's an uphill battle from start to finish. I haven't played 2s this week to know how hard warriors are since the echo slam nerf but I imagine it's still pretty bleh. MW is pretty strong though, enjoy that while it lasts

I think you're talking about the new Vicious Saddle mount, right? In which case it doesn't require a rating, it just takes 100 wins. Unless you mean the gladiator mount in which case that rating fluctuates

Keep in mind though, if you mean the viscious saddle mount it has to be in 3s or RBG's
