Nigga all you do is transfer the Mai folder to your Vita and you're done. The chinks couldn't have made it any easier, plus it appears to have flawless compatibility now.

Its either that or lose 60 hours in DT2, 40 hours in dragons crown and various hours in various other games. Mainly worried about those two since restarting would be pretty boring

I've been playing SMT4 Apocalypse for a while now and have been enjoying myself, got a USA rom from 3DSISo and stuff, but i wanted to get the DLCs, i got them with CIAngel, but when i go ingame the game tells me it doesn't recognize them, and it's the first time any game gives me that, how can i fix it?

Is your 3DS USA region? If not, you need to configure Luma to detect it properly via region emulation in the start up menu and in the config file.

A rare few games have that issue. Taiko is one of the main offenders for example.

I doubt anyone wants them, but I tried Wipeout 2048 and Army Corps of Hell too and they didn't work.

Army Corps won't even get through the dumping process; when Mai launches the game to check the plugins the game just keeps going and it never switches back to Mai to finish dumping. Wipeout just gives me a black screen after loading, with and without DLC or patches.
