There's nothing wrong with it, its the only good thing in their kit that you can use often. Super is good for 6s but shit for 3s, grenades are mediocre as hell.

Looks more like a Warlock than a Hunter.

Saint 14 blinds any enemy that walks into it, making them easy to ignore or deal with. It turns majors into non-factors and gives you breathing room. Its one of the best exotics for Defenders and is good for lots of different encounters.
