Decided to help him. Checked his killboard and he only lost ventures and a procurer in lowsec so he probably was new as fuck. Since the sites in here were also still intact I assume no one else is in here either, or at least I hope so.

Not entirely.

Each hole can have one or two statics that always lead to the same type of space.

Sometimes you get roaming non-statics that can kinda connect anywhere.

Wormhole systems (J-whatever) always have one or two 'static' holes, meaning they will always contain one or two holes to either high, low, null or wormhole space.

If one of those holes closes, another one will be created

Suicide ganking is way too easy and should be adjusted somehow, but if CODE fucks you up bad because you only mine in highsec you would probably leave the game after a month anyway. Highsec mining is for poorfags who don't know anything about the game at all and don't even try to learn anything.

if it requires no skills it might be easier to sell after producing it. undercutting with contracts is even more annoying than with market orders
