Definitely will save 5000 Lapis to pull for her when her banner arrives with Wakka and Teedus. By that time the gatcha rarity change should be in effect and allow us to pull for her fairly easily as she's a base 4.

Not to mention that Hope is one of the highly rated 5* maxes alongside Snow if you need a tank at that point.

After pulling a hastega, not even r4 is enough. Golbez burns through those with good time still left on the death clock.

I'm pulling because I like Sazh, Vanille, and Fang.

If you don't have Cecil, Snow is gonna be the alternate 6 star tank until WoL gets his months later.

Other than that you don't really need anything else from the banner. Sazh has fullbreak but you already have it. With the 6 star shift coming, anything not Lightning or Snow in this banner quickly becomes irrelevant.

Since Edgar/Sabin/Shadow from VI hasn't gotten the 5* upgrade unlike Maria/Galuf/Krile/Penelo/Fran, I can see yet another VI gacha event with Relm/Stratgo/Mog being released that will allow them to upgrade.

The Steam ports of the older 2D FFs are kinda shit desu, I'd go with VII or IX.

I'd go with 7, 8 or 9.

I've actually played almost all of the mainline games starting from IV up till XIII, but not VII.

Yeah they made the FFXIV characters obtainable for free as long as you could defeat Ifrit. I was pretty happy about that because back then I didn't have a 6 star healer. Didn't get Tilith until later.

And you would think that units not obtained from lapis gacha are weaker but that wasn't the case. Y'shtola is on par with Rem and doesn't need TMs to double curaja like Refia. Got a ton of her for the hell of it.

I had big hopes they would give him some good stuff, like maybe native DW along with a powerful ability. But seeing as they just made a big joke of Vaan's 6 star, my hopes aren't so high anymore.

Do yourself a huge favor and refrain from checking guides for your first playthrough. It'll ruin all the fun (this applies to VIII more so than any other FF).

It'll clear both, but for ELT using Sarah is recommended too boost their MAG each round. If you have 5 Blizzaga casters (including your friend) and a Sarah it's impossible to lose.
