Take out Energy Siphon, it's literally worthless for WoF

your energy efficiency is awful, you should always aim for max efficiency (especially if you don't use Flow) unless you have shit like arcane energize, which going by your mods you probably don't.

Energy Conversion is great for WoF, can replace BR without the efficiency hit

Pic related is my build. Overextended can be replaced with Firequake

So replace Energy Siphon with Corrosive Projection. Should of probably known that already, but thanks.

Also not really sure what makes you say the efficiency is terrible. So far it's worked pretty well and that's as low as I can get the energy per second stat with what I have.

maximum efficiency is 75%, so a max-efficiency WoF drains .75 e/s. You have almost double that. Your efficiency is not good

If low efficiency is working out for you, and you can permanently sustain WoF, then stick with it. But if you replace your r4 Blind Rage with Energy Conversion, you get more efficiency AND you have a stronger WoF
