What heroes work best in the trench? I'm talking average game skill here where there are 2 dual lanes and 1 mid.
You can't pick a hard carry because the supports don't support. If you pick a support, your carry will be bad at last hitting. If you pick a mid, you probably won't get the hard contested mid lane, and even if you do, you'll piss off the guy who wanted to take mid and he might feed. What do you pick then? Offlane heroes? Do they need a lot of solo exp which is impossible to get?

How do you people still play this game? After Volvo made it possible to get into ranked on a brand new account by buying hats the account buying went way beyond critical mass.

Calling US East Peru North is a vast understatement. They easily consist of 80%+ of the player base at this point. I'd estimate 5% of my games were real games of Dota and the other 95% were just Peruvian roulette for either team. And this was in fucking 5.5K bracket. It only got worse when I hit 5K because I got to learn the valuable lesson that much more people are going to buy a 5K account then are going to buy a 4K account.

These complaints are all disregarding the corporatized farce that has become of the competitive scene.
