You're just as likely to get banned for using a different proxy than the foxfaggot proxy you with maingame as are for using your own IP address if you're able to access it without issue. A different IP is a different IP afterall. Hell, by their nature phones have a dynamic IP address anyway so it doesn't really make a difference.

Level 17 End Attract drops from Kuron XH quests. It also drops from Regiment of the Wicked 2016 in XH, but it's rare.
Level 17 Satellite Cannon drops from Subterranean Tunnels SH AQ starting with risk 10, which is where enemy levels are 71.

Yes, because level 17 disks only drops from enemies that are of XH level, which is 71+.
SH AQ at 0 risk means level 66 enemies, so they're considered SH level.
