Raider Power Armor Reforged - I do not know if Nuka World expanded on Raider Power armor, but this mod will allow you to make Raider Power armor as the weakest MK-1 t-45 armor as well (if you choose the option to) as to not have science requirements for misc upgrades. yes, raider jetpacks with armorer 3 or 4.

Ballistic Expanded - adding weave MK-1 to all pieces of raider armor makes you viable for combat, you are still vulnerable to tougher tier shit but you wont go down to molerat farts. Also "its literally everything" option for this mod will allow stupid shit like sunglasses, wedding rings and face bandanas to be ballisticed weaved. Warning, adding MK-5 Weaves to all armor pieces will rival low-mid tier power armor.. no fun. But MK-5 on a suit and a hat is good times. say the sack and raider leathers, etc.

CHKFlora, never updated this in a long time but all world flora (mainly hubflower) to be harvested randomly in 2-6 flowers. If you go the chem route you will burn through Hubflowers.

Also if you will be a pipe weapon (only weapon to get two bash damage mods) user consider getting:
Improved Basher. basically three times bash damage, this mod also stacks with.
Better Bash. Melee and Unarmed Bobbleheads will give 50% more bash damage each, also the Grognak Comics will each give 15% more bash damage.
Sounds like a lot, but but bashing barely does 30%~ damage to a deathclaw
