he has a unique pierce move and gets the best nuke/force skill in the game, plus he's the only demon that gets victory cry, and gets his own slot in the compendium. That, and the weapon you can make from him looks pretty cool. His resistances are all OP and you can get through twins really easily by pairing that off with the accessory for Reaper (rip lolis if you farm enough for your whole team, they'll do double digit damage at the most)

however, Haru is stronger

Just go through image sets as they show up in the game tags and you'll be fine. A lot of artists on Pixiv don't tag sets for every character in them, just the game and maybe the main focus of the set.

For PQ, SEES was taken from the middle of the game so Shinji could be in it too.
In Arenas they brought back characters that weren't even party members.

Heat riser isn't as good as everyone on your team having a party buff.
If an enemy is weak to pierce, just use your fucking gun for knock downs. Wasting a party slot for Haru isn't worth it when everyone else just has a better range of skills.
She doesn't even learn an ultimate psych skill.

The only one I think might be worse than Haru, is Morgana since Makoto just straight up replaces him late game.
