No, the Oreca FLM09 isn't designed to run in the same class as P2. Completely different regulations on the chassis and the FLM09 is actually 7 years old now. Though it is designed to run with a LS3 engine. They're only really raced in Weathertech these days where they are regarded as a gigantic joke because they're mostly driven by pay drivers that are complete shit.
The biggest joke of Nissan's LMP1 program was they showed up with 3 P1s, they barely managed to out-qualify the P2s only to have 2 of their cars be withdrawn during the race and the final car actually crossing the finish line. But because it didn't complete 70% of the leading car's total number of completed laps it wasn't classified.
