The way motorways are done in ETS2 are one of my main criticisms.
Very poorly done, especially UK ones. No, the speed limit does NOT drop to 50mph for every speed camera just because there's a slight turn.
for how many updates and addons this game got it surprises me that it still has the same shitty on and offramps that it had 3 (?) years ago
It's why I only use Promods in SP. The entire map got overhauled and every update adds more and more cities. The entire Netherlands region got completely redone, especially around Amsterdam. Laggy, even on my pc, but so much better.

There's the free option, but the main mod is split into 6 files.
Or the paid ($1 for main mod, $.50 for the company skin pack) which is 1 file per item.
I personally pay as not only does it provide a more convenient download but it helps support Promods which, for the work they do, they deserve a little bit.

Takes fucking ages for the trucks to pay for themselves though, I paid $260,000 for both and 11 days later they've still only made back $70,000 combined, gonna take another 30 days just for them to be in the clear. Maybe it's my starting city though, don't know how much of a difference it makes, Bern only has a Euro Goodies and an eAcres. Gonna put my next garage into Milano probably where there are 5 companies with tons of high paying specialized loads.

i don't know why ETS2 is in german actually, both windows and steam are set to english so it should have installed the english version, but since it really doesn't matter in ets i haven't bothered to fix it yet, especially over grorious straya internet

Don't have a VR set but yes, X3D stick works if you fiddle a bit with the bindings.
