Cruise control buttons not on the wheel

>cruise control buttons not on the wheel

>it's on the turn signal

>being incapable of handling a different interface
stupid frogposter

>having cruise control

>just mercedes things

>just volxwagen things

T R I G G E R E D

>honk horn
>it doesn't work

>having extra shit on your wheel to press other than the horn.

One more reason cars today are garbage.

>driving on the highway without cruise control

I'd rather die

Cruise control in Volvo is precisely that super comfy because controls are on the steering wheel. I use it all the time, even in the city it's so good.

>just Toyota things

t. poorfag who can't afford anything recent.

>just lexus things

>cruise control has been in vehicles since 1958

>cruise control is on the same lever as the windshield wiper controls

what the fuck jeep

Can't live without cruise control.

>have old lexus
>cruise control has its own dedicated stalk right where its easily reached by the right hand

Feels good man

Zane with my Camry. The stalk is attached right behind the wheel so it's easy to use but doesn't get in the way of the actual face of the wheel.

Same*

Am I the only one who never uses cruise control, even on the highway? Freaks me out a little when the gas pedal starts moving on it's own and the car's engine makes any noises that I'm not directly causing or controlling.

>no cruise control on a hundred+ mile trip
>just held my foot steady for two hours straight
>stumbled and almost fell getting out of the car

after that I took rest stops to walk around hourly on long drives

>tfw my 2013 Cruze doesn't have it

Just kill me now

I don't use it either
Mostly because I have a '91 Toyota and it doesn't work

>driving in cruise control mode on motorway
>in the middle lane and going at a decent speed. About 78mph
>person in the left lane is doing about 68-70mph
>i'm slowly coming up to them at a decent speed
>they decide to jump into the middle lane at the last few seconds
>have to apply brake or cancel CC.

Why do people like to signal into another lane at the last second? I've gone bombing down in the fats lane at 85mph before and an idiot in the middle lane decides to jump into the fast lane as I'm approaching at some speed thus making me slow down

>called a Cruze
>can't cruze

What did GM mean by this?

>has a car called "cruze"
>Doesn't have Cruze control

I have a recently torn ACL and dipshits making me cancel cruise control/brake for no reason triggers the fuck out of me

are you trying to tell us that you can't control your car?

Not while it's cruising...

>just fuck my shit up

Embarrassing.

How can a car in this day in age not have cruise control? My 2008 Civic has cruise control.

Base model, I guess? Even my brother's old '91 Sunbird had it.

It should be a standard thing unless you drive a 1.0 litre underpowered car with no ecoboost

Economy trim on a GM product is pretty horrifying.
Tho desu the interior doesn't look too bad

Using the A/C literally cuts the power in half. Other than those, I really have no complaints. It was cheap, gets good mileage, and hasn't had any problems.

It isn't terrible inside, just sucks on longer trips.

>tfw never driven cruise control

Once you use it, you can't live without it.

Im shopping around at the moment, might test drive a s40r tomorrow, I think it has it.
Really hoping its a nice drive, I like the look of the car a lot

>Being too obese to hold your foot down even if its a long drive

>buttons on the wheel

It's nice to set your speed at exactly 9kph over the limit, and cruise at the max speed which photoradar cameras ignore

Exactly why I love it.
