New engine swap going in the s14 Silvia lads

New engine swap going in the s14 Silvia lads

got some new old stock turbos that will go nice on that.

Stop stealing engine parts off God's weekend car.

>car redlines at 7000rpm
>turbo doesn't spoil until 6500rpm

*spool

its ok, we pull can neg timing and run antilag.

200 bar by 3500rpm.

>relines at 8 rpm
Where's your torque, cuck?

You guys think this cooling system would fit?

It should as long as we can get the correct flanges for the water pumps.

Good job I bought those jack stands that are rated 100 tons

are you retarded
that thing would pump out enough exhaust to probably blow those turbos up at idle

anyone know how fast that thing cranks? like max rpm?

like 22 RPM for some versions max is 102 RPM. It has a stroke of 8.4 Feet

How do you actually impart power on pistons rolling that slow

>Torque: Up to 7,603,850 newton metres (5,608,310 lbf·ft) @ 102 rpm

Gravity

Make sure you warm up your turbochargers.

close

they're general operating range is around the 70-90 RPM range, the big slow speeds max out at around 120rpm, higher than that they become medium speeds.

pic is me on the crankweb of one.

the bore of the one i was on in the pic was 600mm with a stroke of.. i think it was 2.4 metres.

some of the larger ones stroke is over 3m.

they spin that slowly because they're connected directly to the propellor, no gearbox.

thats the turbo there.

its my shoulder height (i'm 6'3)

shit loada torque. it would be a pity if a cylinder got hydro locked.

>Diesel

Could you stall one of those? How is the torque line on those?

generally not diesel,

generally RFO, residual fuel oil

think nutella/vegemite when its at room temperature, need to heat it up to around 140 degrees C before it goes into the engine.

google man b&w diesel to check em out

Thx
