The buick verano is an overlooked car but its a small car that has 2 liter turbo charged engine that puts out about 250 horsepower. Thats not a bad car and its a comfortable small car. But the chevy cruze has a 1.4 liter engine that has about 150 horsepower and an 1.8 with a turbo that has 180 horsepower.

The problem with gm it always has the part to make something great and it sometimes does but its affraid of cannibalizing itself.

So it does suck. I better be buying a 5.0 GT, that looks more exotic and has better visibility and even better it rides smooth as fuck when I test drove one 2 weeks back..

It takes getting used to, but I have no issues, the mirrors are pretty good and the blind spot detector things are fairly decent. If you're on the highway the right peddle solves most sight issues. Try one out and see for yourself

GT350 was on 15k markup when I bought and the GS doesn't start near this let alone with a few options

The 5.0 has really good visibility but felt to much like a normal car because of that I actually like feeling a bit more cramped it feels sportier
